Upon arrival at Chongqing airport, picked up by our local English speaking tour guide and drive to the downtown for your free time. Recommend you to walk around the Ciqikou ancient town. Leisure on your own for the rest of the day untill escort you to Chongqing pier to board the ship for Yangtze River Cruise. |
Ciqikou Ancient Town | Ciqikou Old Town was once the home of many of Chongqing's rich merchants, where you can still see lots of Ming and Qing dynasty architecture, local shops, tea houses, local Sichuan street performance and so on.. | |
[ Today's Optional ] Chaotian Gate Wharf: Chaotian Gate is in the Northeast and it is the biggest harbor along the upstream of the Yangtze River. It is said the best place to start sightseeing in Chongqing is Chaotian Gate, where the muddy, churning waters of the Yangtze meets the transparent Jialing River. |

Today's Activities: |
Shore excursion to The Three Gorges Dam Site (08h00-10h00). Sailing through the shiplocks and the shiplift of the Three Gorges Dam. Arrive in Yichang at 13h00. You will be met by our local tour guide and drive to Yichang airport for your flight (or drive to Yichang train station for your train) to your next destination. Flight/train ticket fee is not included in this package.
