To enter the Fair Complex, buyers should register for Buyer Cards (Entrance Badge) first, Buyer Cards are the only valid admission to the Fair and are available at both Fair Complexes. You need to keep it well during the whole fair period and the Exhibitors will not bargain with visitors without the Buyer Cards.
 
Documents need to be prepared for getting buyer card:
1. Paper Invitation Card or E-Invitation issued by Canton Fair.
2. Personal documents (Any of the following).
(Remark: overseas Passport or a Chinese passport with the valid overseas employment visa valid for over one year. H.K./ Macao Home-return Permit or I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate).
3. A recent photo with the size of 5cm * 4cm.
4. Business Card.

Where Canton Fair Pazhou Complex / Liuhua Complex or in the appointed hotels
When Canton Fair Pazhou Complex / Liuhua Complex: 
Phase I: Oct. 14th (10:30 - 18:00) / Oct. 15th - 20th  (08:30 - 18:00)
Phase II: Oct. 24th - 29th (08:30 - 18:00) / Oct. 30th (08:30 - 16:00) 
 
Registration Office in the appointed hotels
Phase  I: Oct. 14th - 15th (08:30 - 22:00) / Oct. 16th - 18th (08:30 - 18:00)
Phase II: Oct. 24th - 25th (08:30 - 22:00) / Oct. 26th - 27th (08:30 - 18:00) / Oct. 28th (08:30 - 16:00)

To make the registration easier and faster, we suggest you to register buyer card in one of the Overseas Buyers' Registration Office at appointed hotels.
