Weather of Chnagchun which belongs to the continental half-moist monsoon climate is between the moist east mountain and the half-dry west plain. Although the east and south region are not far apart from the ocean, because of the fence of the Changbai mountainous, it weakens the function of the monsoon in summer. The western and north region are the flat Songliao Plain, the monsoon of the Siberia are without obstruction, the influence of each monsoon are very big, so the characteristics of the weather is clear all the year round and the weather is pleasant. It is strict, cold and endless in winter, much drier and windy in spring, warm and short in summer, clear and very different temperature in autumn. So the best tour time is spring and autumn.
