Dear Lisa,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Sinoway Travel for a very well planned tour of China.  Jenny and I had planed to visit China when we married, that was 12 years ago, we saved for so many years and we thought our holiday in China would be like a dream to come to reality.  That was the reason why we tried so hard on the Internet to find a good travel agent in China, we tried to visit the travel booth on our city, but found out the informations they offered was not enough for us to make a decision.

We had contacted serveral online agents both in our country and in China, eventually we came to you, Lisa.   We sent all kinds of queries to you almost every day, and we were pleased to find out that you answered every mail efficiently.  We have changed our local itineraries here and there as we wanted after we read more background knowledges of China, and, I thought that we could have coordinated a little better across cities with a bit more custom tailoring of sites and schedules. 

One day Jenny told me to notice the local time in your mails, she said you mostly wrote to us after the office hours, it was until that day when I started to notice Lisa often worked overtime to answer our questions, then we were told that you needed to answer many these kinds of queries from your clients every day!   There were so many times that we talked like friends in our daily email, but we did not mean to keep you in the office so late!  Your mom must be waiting you for dinner at home!  It was why I made a telephone call to your office to say Hi, for we wanted to know a little bit more of  you.  We were so sorry.

Now I think to our advantage.  We sincerely appreciate your patience and hard work to make our lifetime journey into a sucessful one. 

Our trip to Beijing, Xian, Shanghai, and the Yangtze River cruise were all so memorable for different reasons. The Yangtze River Cruise was one of the main highlights of the entire trip. The Shennang River pea pod boat trip was very special and so much fun. The acupuncturist and the massages were a real treat and great value. We were disappointed that we were eating dinner when our boat went by the new dam. I realize that the Regal China had a schedule to keep but we missed out on an important site.
