We offer volunteering work in the following two categories. You may choose one or more areas based on your interests.
Online Content Consultant
The main duty for you is to ensure that the English language on our web site is correct and to help our sales people to improve their English on the phone and in their emails. Detailed work is listed below:
1. Correct mistakes of writen English on our website (grammar, spelling, vocabulary)
2. Appropriate English ( language, sentence structure, expression)
3. Content (review content, marketing focus, cultural aspects, make suggestions for additional content)
4. Advices of the layout and construction of our web site, make it easy to navigate, eye catching and appealing
5. Suggestions on the organization and centent of our web site (categories, classification, labels)
6. Suggest any interesting information about China, which you think may arouse curiosity and interests among foreign travelers.
7. Collect any copyrighted photos taken in China that may of of interest to perspective travelers .
 China Program Evaluater
Help us improve our travel products and the standard of service provided by our travel advisors and tour guides. Propose any suggestions on our products from a customer's viewpoint on the followings:
1. Our tour itineraries
2. The hotels used in our tours.
3. The food and entertainments programs offered in our tours.
4. Any other suggestions.
Annual Lucky Draw
Sinoway Travel' annual lucky draw for our online volunteers comes on every December. We offer great cash prizes to our online volunteers who have helped us to improve our travel products and the quality of service in the past years. We select 6 lucky winners who will win a travel coupen, winners will be notified by email immediatley after the prize draw.
