Dear Jenny Tan ,
Thank you for your effort to help us see this beautiful town of Yangshuo.  I just wanted to let you know that we had another fantastic trip organized by you. Gulin was quite nice but Yangshuo is an amazing place. The Li river is so beautiful. And the landscape in the area is really wonderful. We rented bicycles for the 2 days we were in Yangshuo and wandered the local laneways (one day with Yuan, a local village guide you recommended to me) enjoying the region in the most pleasant way imaginable.

The Mountain Retreat Resort we stayed in in Yangshuo was quite nice and the hotel staff was helpful. One day she let us use her bicycles for no charge. She couldnt have been nicer. The only problem is the hotel is a little out of town (a 20 RMB motorized rickshaw trip or 30 minute bike ride)and on a very noisy and busy road. The road gets quiet at night but by 6:00am the horns are honking again. We didnt mind, but some of your guests might.

The evening show of Impression Liu Sanjie was a miracle.  The lighting, the view, the soundtrek, in a remote area at this part of China, and with so beautiful natural landscape!  I bought the DVD and shared my experience with my friends here.  Well, the DVD is not so good than the live show, and my words could not describe what my feeling was at that magic moment in that wonderful night.  I live the music of the Dong ethnic girls.
