Lhasa
One suggestion on the Lhasa trip was that you should include a trip to the Tibet Museum on all of your itineraries. This is a superb museum and is well worth the visit because it is well laid out and has an English audio system that helps foreign tourists. We visited it quite by chance because the visit regarding traditional tibetan medicine had to be cancelled because the university was closed. We are so pleased that we got the chance.

Pingyao
Our tour guide was fantastic. She was totally flexible and allowed us extra time to spend at the Qiao Family Home which we all really enjoyed.

I especially like to thank you for booking us into the Zhen Family Guest House. It was amazing. The location couldnt have been better. Our rooms were beautiful and historic. The entire court house was better than most that charged entrance to tourists. And the staff were wonderful. A woman from the guest house even met us at the train to make sure we found the guest house. The breakfast they provided with the room was also delicious and accommodating for western tastes.

Xian
In Xian the guide was David and the driver Mr. Zhang.  I cannot express to you our pleasure with these staff. They were knowledgeable, most helpful, friendly and pleasant. They were attentive, experienced and careful. We would really appreciate it if you could make specific mention of this in their personnel records.
