Dear Jenny, we knew the bad news of the massive earthquake in your country. We had a candle night party at my home last night, many friends you knew came, some with their families, we prayed for the victims and their families together. Our hearts go with you and your Australian friends across the ocean are deeply concerned about all your suffering. We believe the Chinese government and Chinese people, will unite to fight against the disaster and go beyond this devastating period together.

Last night, Many friends asked me to take this opportunity to express our appreciation for what you and your team had done for us.  Our trip to China was more than we expected. Our tour guides Jane in Beijing and Jack in Xian were both wonderful and made our Chinese experience memorable. The drivers, Mr. Ke Song and Mr. Huang Lin were both very competent and we felt very safe with them. The guides were very knowledgeable and were able to answer all our questions.  The hotels were excellent and the food was good.

The two suggestions I would offer to make the trip better is cut back on the number of sites to visit each day, and add some time for shopping.

Several families here in New York have asked about our trip and who we used. I have highly recommended your organization and if we were ever to return to China. Thank you again for making our Chinese Experience so memorable.

Dear Jenny, I have one more suggestion to make life easier for us foreigners would be to include the tips for the driver and guide in the pricing of the tour (eg +$10 per day for tips) so that we didnt have to guess an appropriate amount to provide at the end and hence remove any potential embarrassment for eitherparty. This was how it worked with this tour.

We have come back to hard work we will keep great memories from our travelling in China.
