My China tour has gone to end one week ago and I want to thank you for your service. Travelling went well all along, apart from some flight delays. There were some problems for the flight back to Europe, because of bad weather as they said. Therefore I did not fly to Shanghai from Beijing, but directly to Milan, but one day later! This delay needed some patience, because Air China is not as good with managing crisis situations, as they are with normal operation.
The hotels were generally okay; on Mt. Huangshan the Baiyun Hotel was definitely better than the Paiyunlou (where I had to change the room, because the first was unlivable, because of dirt and bad smell, apart from the unfriendly and uninterested staff). In Pingyao, replacing the Changyifeng Hotel would be better for your references. Apparently there is a new owner who did not realize yet, that buying a hotel is not enough: he has to operate it properly. The numerous young female staff has been extremely friendly, but also extremely incompetent. But apart from these little deficiencies, which did not much harm my good humour, the tour has been amazing, mainly the people, the mountains and the trains.
It has not been my last stay in China and I can recommend your company for organization.
