We are back at home and have had a chance to recover from our long day of travel home.  We had a wonderful trip and thank you and your team for all that they did. I said we would provide some feedback, so here it is:

The driver and guide in Datong to Taiyuan were great.  Phoebe was knowledgeable and helpful. She was solicitous of our needs and made sure we had good places to eat dinner each evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with her. The driver was very competent in negotiating the difficult mountain driving and got us safely up and down. 

The driver and guide in Jinan to Yantai were also very good.  The guide went the extra mile to find us the internment camp in Weifang and the Chefoo School in Yantai -- both not easy to locate.  He would not give up on finding the old school buildings and was able to locate so  many of them even inside the Naval School grounds.  He was not the solicitous guide that Phoebe was (we were on our own to find places for dinner), but he was knowledgeable.  The driver was not as friendly as Mr. Zhen, but his driving was more what we are used to in the States (not as much horn blowing, seat belt on, not as fast).

The vans were clean and comfortable.  We were supplied with bottled water as needed.

All hotels were fine except for the one at Wutai Shan -- the room was fine but the food was not good.  Breakfast was meager and several travelers from Germany who were there at the same time as we were and had dinner at the hotel got sick.  Phoebe arranged to get us to restaurants away from the hotel for dinner so we did not get sick and in fact had excellent meals.

We are very pleased with the arrangements for our trip and will post a comment on Trip Advisor as you suggested.  We will certainly keep you in mind for our next trip to China -- whenever that may occur -- and tell our friends of your agency.  Thank you.
