Transport was comfortable and reliable, except, of course, for the little deception with the train. Those of us who were able to take the train enjoyed the ride immensely, and the others would have enjoyed it too. However we were happy to see how the guide handled the situation.
 
The guides were generally friendly, helpful and flexible enough to fulfill our small extra wishes like visiting a tea plantation or silk company.
 
The hotels were just what we wanted, very conveniently located, clean and comfortable, and some buildings were really beautiful. Even the weather was good, whenever we needed it.
 
You see, we were very happy with your organization and will recommend you to our friends. 
Should we be able to take another trip to China, we will certainly ask you for an offer.
