We are back in Australia and settling into the regular routine. It is hard to believe we were in China last month having such a great, relaxing time. It would be remiss of us not to thank you for arranging such a memorable holiday. We had a wonderful time during the 26 days we were in China and appreciate all effort you put in the planning of our holiday. Everyday was a highlight. Noelene and I really had a superb time and after discussing our holiday with friends on our return, we realized what great value you gave and also how skilled and experienced our guides were.

We really did not know what to expect and I was concerned about ensuring each of the twelve facets of our tour came together. As you constantly assured me in my many pre- trip emails I should not have worried. On our arrival at each airport we were greeted by a Guide who quickly transported us to our Hotel and briefed us on our activities for that section. We were most impressed. In all cases they quickly identified our particular interests and ensured we were given a tailored tour identifying things we were interested in.

We were especially pleased to meet up with you in Guilin. It was great to actually meet you after so many emails over the previous four months. I again apologise for our reticence in accepting your quote and in requiring you to establish the credentials of your company. It was very hard for us to ensure your Company was reputable and could deliver the services we wanted.

Please use our letter with any other people who are making enquiries about your credibility to assure them of the great service they could expect. We would be happy for you to release our details to them. I have also attached some photographs which were taken with you on the evening.

Thanks again for giving such a memorable trip. We will be in touch when we plan our next trip to China.
