Pick up from your hotel in Beijing around 6:00pm. Then drive to Quanjude roast duck restaurant, Upon arrival at the restaurant, you will be taken to your seat with the assistance of both your tour guide and restaurant staff that has your pre-reserved seat.
Beijing Roast duck is considered to be one of the most delicious dishes in the world; most visitors coming to Beijing will try it at least once.  Quanjude, founded in 1864, features a roasted and dried duck brilliantly shining with oil on the crisp skin and tender meat.
